In accordance with the company's dedication to customer satisfaction, Batelco announces the grand opening of its new Business Point, at its Hamala headquarters.
Batelco Chief Executive Bahrain Gert Rieder officially opened the new Business Point with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Batelco Enterprise and Government Division General Manager Dr. Abdulla Khalifa Althawadi and members of Batelco's SLT (Senior Leadership Team).

Following the opening ceremony, Batelco SLT and Enterprise & Government Division staff toured the facility.

The new facility houses the offices of Batelco's Enterprise and Government division. It also features a full service business centre to accommodate customer visits and day to day business operations under one roof, in a unified well-structured business unit.

Mr. Rieder congratulated Dr. Abdulla and his team on their accomplishments. He said that the new Business Point would be a superb house for Batelco's Enterprise and Government Division.

"The Business Point will offer improved efficiency due to its location at Batelco Headquarters in Hamala. I am deeply impressed with the fact that all the design and branding have been done internally by our own creative teams. The design reflects contemporary fashion and is a mark of distinction for Batelco," Mr. Rieder said.

Mr. Althawadi added that Batelco's new Business Point will prove to be a valuable asset for Batelco's customers and employees alike.

'Our clients will find all the services they need at the facility, saving them the inconvenience of going between locations as they have in the past. It will be a landmark for many years to come in our Hamala HQ,' he added.
