Designed to offer ease of configuration and parameterisation, 'Sage ERP X3' will facilitate a centralised system that is transparent to all users internally and across the web. "Through 'Sage ERP X3', we are moving towards a complete shift from working on multiple applications and benefiting from a fully integrated system that provides controls to help ensure the quality of information being entered into our system."

Upon completion, the solution will offer a sophisticated sales enquiry workbench function that allows more efficient project costing analysis for end-users. The solution is also set to provide precise cost analysis and tracking of Trouvay & Cauvin Gulf projects within a specified time frame. Furthermore, the application will let end-users to see all purchase, customer, and inter-company or inter-site orders relating to any enquiry. Owing to the complex nature of the implementation, the Sage team is working very closely with the client to maximise efficiency and ensure that all systems for the first phase of the project will be in place by the year-end deadline.

With an expansive main office in Jebel Ali Freezone, Trouvay & Cauvin Gulf is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company with five strategically located offices across the region. Established in 1978, the company has been involved in some of the most prestigious developments in the UAE, including 'The Palm Jumeirah' and the Dubai Airport.

"This is our first major 'Sage ERP X3' implementation in the region, and while it is a very complex system that aims for far reaching benefits and implications for the customer, we are progressing tremendously and are efficiently dealing with the challenges. The host of benefits this system will provide Trouvay & Cauvin Gulf is further enhanced by its simple design, look and feel across the available modules, which makes it more intuitive for end-users to operate, without reducing the functionality and control available to the Finance Managers, Operational Managers and IT Managers.
