The Libyan minister said that the two countries should also make joint investments in Africa, adding that Turkey and Libya had "an important opportunity to form an alliance in the Mediterranean."

The two Libyan ministers also met with Turkish Agriculture Minister Mehdi Eker as part of their visit to Ankara.
