Dulsco Sharjah has announced that it has recently signed a contract to collect waste from 36 service stations of ENOC/EPPCO in Sharjah. Dulsco revealed that the agreement underlines the company's continued success in providing expert services in Sharjah and reaffirms the company's leadership in the field of waste management spanning several decades.

Dulsco Sharjah began the collection of food and other general waste from ENOC/EPPCO stations on August 1, 2009. The company already provides other services such as tank cleaning to ENOC/EPPCO. Dulsco pointed out that the new waste collection service contract has further strengthened its business relationship with fuel refilling companies.

"This is the first time we have provided this type of service to ENOC/EPPCO service stations in Sharjah. We have been strictly following the collection schedule agreed upon between us, and the entire process is proving extremely efficient. We look forward to further developing our relationship with ENOC/EPPCO through additional services in future," said Paresh Karia, Senior Manager, Dulsco Sharjah.

Providing service stations with waste collection services is not new to Dulsco as the company has a long and comprehensive experience of the same type of service with EMARAT in Dubai and in other emirates. Karia said, "We draw on our long-standing, rich and varied experience when we provide waste collection services at service stations like ENOC/EPPCO. We intend to continue looking to provide similar services to other companies here in Sharjah."

Dulsco Sharjah has been successfully providing waste management services to several companies involving different types of wastes over the past several years. Dulsco, which enjoys valuable business partnerships with leading companies within the various industries in Sharjah, is set to further increase its customer base of companies in the emirate using waste management services.

Moreover, Dulsco has set in motion the practice of seeking regular feedback about its services from all its customers in the emirate. Dulsco officials have made it a practice both to make regular visits to key clients to see if their expectations are being adequately met, and also to take necessary action immediately if found wanting in even the slightest degree of service.
