Egypt subsidies export to Iraq to increase competitiveness_shipping
Egypt is planning to provide support of shipping of the products exported to the Iraqi market, an Egyptian official announced.

Egypt Minister of Trade and Industry Rasheed Mohamed Rasheed during his meeting with members of the Export Council for the chemical industry that they would start to provide support for shipping the national products exported to the Iraqi market for a period of 6 months in order to increase the competitiveness of Egyptian exports.

This support came as result of viewing the Iraq market as a promising opportunities for the Egyptian goods and services.

Egypt Ministry of Trade and Industry will review and evaluate the results of that support after the end of this period, and the government attached great importance to developing relations with neighbouring countries, especially Africa and the Nile Basin countries through the establishment of a number of investments and increasing trade exchange between Egypt and these countries.
