Qatar Petroleum, France's Total, Norway's ASA enhancing cooperation

Qatar( Doha) - The Deputy Premier and Minister of Energy and Industry Abdullah bin Hamad al-AttiyahEnergy met with President of France's Total Gas & Power Company, Philippe Boisseau. The two sides discussed promotion and development of cooperation between Qatar Petroleum (QP) and Total Company in the energy and gas related spheres.

Minister of State for Energy and Industry Affairs Dr. Mohammad bin Saleh Al Sada, and a number of senior officials of Qatar Petroleum (QP) attended the meeting.

Deputy Premier Meets Norsk Hydro ASA Chief

The Deputy Premier and Minister of Energy and Industry Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah met with Svein Richard Brandtzig, Chief Executive of the Norwya's Norsk Hydro ASA

Discussions during the meeting dealt with aspects of cooperation between Qatar Petroleum (QP) and the Norwegian group and means of enhancing them in areas of energy and chemical fertilizers.
