Lebanon leads Arab delegation to Arab-Greek economic forum in Athens

Greece (Athens) - Lebanese Minister, Adnan Al-Kassar, leaves on Wednesday to Athens to chair the Arab chambers' union participating in the third Arab-Greek economic forum which starts tomorrow and lasts till Saturday, reports Global Arab Network according to Lebanese sources.

The forum will be held under the patronage of Greek Foreign Ministry on "reinforcing commercial alliances so as to benefit from new opportunities", in cooperation with Greek industrialists union, and the Arab general confederation for commerce, industry and agriculture.

It is worth noting that the forum will focus on investment opportunities in the field of economy and commerce as well as on means to promote available investment opportunities in Arab countries.

Discussions will also touch on bilateral cooperation in different sectors among which transportation, energy, renewable energy, financial services, banks, construction, technology transfer, and training.
