France-based CCA International Creating 300 New Jobs in Morocco

France (Paris) - In spite of political tensions hitting the Arab world, the French firm CCA International, which specialises in e-customers relations, has decided to double its workforce in Morocco by creating 300 new posts, the business newspaper +La Tribune+ has said.

Based in Tangier since 2008, the company recently opened a contact centre in Casablanca, raising the number of its workforce to 600, the daily said.

"Morocco has real competences in the area of our activity," La Tribune quoted Daïna Triz, the company's director of operations, as saying.

"Considering the Moroccans' know-how, we can excercise in Morocco most of our activities: telemarketing, commercial assistance, techincal assistance …," Olivier Pellevoizin, the CCA's director in Morocco, said.

The daily added that the Kingdom has also the asset of infrastructure, especially in Casablanca, whose Casanearshore site has 10,000 empoyees from the sector of outsourced customers relations.

The CAA, which made a turnover of 118.6 million dollars, “has no concerns about the political tensions hitting the region,” the daily said. (MAP)
