Oman (Muscat) - Ahmed bin Abdulnabi Macki, National Economy Minister and Deputy Chairman of the Financial Affairs and Energy Resources Council received in his office Dr. Sidi Ould Bebaha, Economic Affairs and Development Minister and Governor of the Islamic Development Bank in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, who is currently visiting the Sultanate.

The meeting discussed a number of topics related to enhancing and promoting fields of the existing cooperation between the two countries in various economic and investment spheres.

The meeting was attended by Darweesh bin Isma'eel al Bulushi, Secretary General of the Finance Ministry and Sheikh Dr. Abdulmalik bin Abdullah al Hina'ei, Undersecretary of the National Economy Ministry for Economic Affairs.

Dr. Sidi Ould Bebaha, Minister and Governor of the Islamic Development Bank in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania arrived on a four-day visit to the Sultanate.

The Mauritanian Minister will conduct talks with a number of officials in the Sultanate dealing with enhancing and developing existing bilateral relations between the two countries. He will also visit a number of historic and civilizational landmarks in the Sultanate. (ONA)
