Jordan, Poland boosting trade and investment cooperation
Global Arab Network - Jordanian economic delegation concluded a working visit to Poland which aimed at boosting bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation. Head of the delegation Issa Murad said that the visit created an opportunity for the two countries' businessmen to take advantage of the promising opportunities available in the economy of both sides.

During the visit, the delegation met with the Polish economy minister to discuss means of enhancing trade, creating new business and investment partnerships and exchanging expertise, information and visits.

Murad briefed the Polish minister on Jordan's future investment projects in the fields of energy, transport, infrastructure, industry, medical services, education, training, tourism, technology transfer, water and transportation. The minister expressed his hope to boost trade cooperation with Jordan, noting that the Kingdom is an important economic partner of Poland though the current volume of trade exchange does not reflect the available potential investment opportunities in both countries.

Meanwhile, the Jordan-Europe Business Association (JEBA) and the Confederation of Polish Employers signed a cooperation agreement to boost bilateral trade and economic ties as well as exchange information and delegations.
